Periferia’s new single is now on the platforms

  • Following the success of “Rincones de nadie”, the band announce a new album
  • “Lo que queda por sentir” is their first single and has already surpassed 40,000 streams
  • They kick off what promises to be a landmark year in the band’s career

2026 has begun by sending out some strong signals, as Periferia have announced their participation in several major festivals such as Gazpatxo Rock, Aupa Lumbreiras, Iruña Rock, and Barcelona’s Telecogresca. Everything points to the young band from La Roca del Vallès (Barcelona) beginning to reap the rewards of all the hard work they have put in since forming back in 2019.

Lo que queda por sentir es lo que queda por olvidar (what remains to be felt is what remains to be forgotten.) Far from the pessimistic or bleak first impression this phrase might give about the future, Periferia invite us to turn it on its head. Honoring the sentence of forgetting, which goes hand in hand with the future, we should fill our present with feeling and squeeze every last drop out of it. The good and the bad will pass. Nothing you’re thinking right now will last. This is the perfect opportunity to surrender to whatever comes.

The song was produced by Pep Miralles, who also recorded the guitars. Drums and bass recording and mixing were handled by Santi García at Ultramarinos Costa Brava, while the vocals were recorded by Xavi Escribano at EM Estudi.

Mastering was done by Víctor García. The music video was directed by Gerard Bufí.

Don’t miss a thing, this year, it’s from and for Periferia.
