Jóvenes promesas de la delincuencia” (Young up-and-coming criminals) is the 8th studio album by Ratzinger, a new merciless assault on the suffocating system that governs us, against authority in every shape and form, delivered with a wild, raw, direct and uncompromising sound.

True to their noisy, aggressive, fast-paced and irreverent style, shunning elegance and aiming for total impact with that trademark blend of extreme punk, hardcore and metal, they remain incorruptible in their ideological principles and stand as worthy heirs to the most radical, anti-system punk of the 80s in the Basque Country, led by bands from the Basque Country such as Cicatriz, Eskorbuto, and R.I.P.

Xabi’s drums and Pinki’s bass gallop relentlessly, while Dann’s tense guitar and Podri’s furious vocals ride above them, crying out for justice and revenge as a a punch in the face to self-satisfied conformists.

The result is an overwhelming sonic force: a blast of chaos, fury, distortion, noise and honesty that perfectly captures the philosophy of Ratzinger.

Across 10 tracks, the band delves deeper into its roughest and most provocative sound, combining street attitude with gut-wrenching lyrics and bursting with energy, adrenaline, and pure venom.

The album’s release was accompanied by the music video for the song “En los días de la destrucción” (In the Days of Destruction), where Podri is joined by two old friends: actor Darko Peric, known for his role in the series “La casa de papel” (Money Heist), and Karlos “Animal,” lead singer of Non Servium.

Also released on the same date was a lyric video for the track “1986,” one of the album’s most significant songs, featuring vocals from Tomás (Zer-Bizio?) and Rokan (MCD), who bring depth and experience to the song.
