General conditions of sale

These general conditions of sale regulate all relations between KASBA MUSIC (see more details in Legal Note section 1.1) and its clients making purchases in its online store (“THE CUSTOMER”). Before carrying out any transaction, THE CUSTOMER acknowledges that they are aware of and declares that they accept these conditions from the moment they click on the I Accept button.

1. Specific conditions of sale

THE CUSTOMER acknowledges knowing, at the time of placing the order, the particular conditions of sale indicated on the screen (reference, title, number of units) as well as the costs of each type of shipping method and expressly declares to accept them without any reservation. Placing the order and its confirmation by THE CUSTOMER materializes full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of sale, only applicable to the order.

2. Order

THE CUSTOMER places the order by clicking on the BUY button. The order is added to a total that includes all the items confirmed by THE CUSTOMER. Once all the items in the basket have been collected, THE CUSTOMER will finalize the order using the PAY button.

3. Order confirmation

KASBA MUSIC confirms acceptance of your order to the customer via email. The sale will not be finalized until the KASBA MUSIC company confirms the order. KASBA MUSIC reserves the right to not confirm an order for any specific reason such as the existence of products, a problem related to the order received, an abnormal order or a foreseeable problem regarding delivery. In these cases, KASBA MUSIC will inform the client.

4. Delivery times

Shipments will be made within a maximum period of 5 business days and delivery will depend on the transport company hired by KASBA MUSIC. In the Spanish State, the maximum delivery time for a product will be 15 days, in the rest of the world the maximum delivery time for a product wil be 1 month. If within that period THE CUSTOMER has not received the order, they can request its cancellation and a refund of the amount paid. If an item is not in stock at the time of placing the order, we will let you know and confirm the date on which it will be available again, we will propose an equivalent replacement product or a refund of the amount paid.

5. Delivery and receipt costs of orders

THE CUSTOMER must make the payment according to the modalities present on the payment page and must not assume any charges other than those specified on the payment page, that is, the product and shipping costs. The order will NOT be considered formalized by THE CUSTOMER until receipt of said payment.

6. Price

All prices are indicated in euros and include VAT. The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated in the order confirmation sent by KASBA MUSIC.
